As a Qualified Associate Financial Planner™ (QAFP™), Certified Health Insurance Specialist® (CHS®), Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® (CDFA®), Chartered Financial Divorce Specialist (CFDS), and Responsible Investment Specialist (RIS), Michelle incorporates her expertise from professional experiences as a post-secondary education executive and advisor in the technology and financial sectors on Bay Street. Internationally, Michelle is recognized in the top 1% of financial advisors through her membership in the Million Dollar Round Table. Michelle holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Economics from the University of Victoria. Her master's degree research focused on insurance regulation in Canada.
Michelle was born on Cape Breton Island in Nova Scotia and grew up on Prince Edward Island before making her way to British Columbia when her father was transferred to CFB Comox. Michelle lives in Kelowna, BC, and is passionate about swimming and building community. When not working, she can be found learning and enjoying time with her family.
