Michelle focuses on working with clients to build financial confidence and resilience to assist them to embrace and navigate life's financial opportunities and challenges using insurance and investments.
As a Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®), Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®), Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® (CDFA®), and Chartered Financial Divorce Specialist (CFDS), Michelle incorporates her expertise from professional experiences as a post-secondary education executive and advisor in the technology and financial sectors on Bay Street. Michelle holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Economics from the University of Victoria. Her master's degree research focused on insurance regulation in Canada.
Michelle was born on Cape Breton Island in Nova Scotia and grew up on Prince Edward Island before making her way to British Columbia when her father was transferred to CFB Comox. Michelle lives in Kelowna, BC, and is passionate about swimming and building community. When not working, she can be found learning and enjoying time with her family
